We are good with excluding from reports. Can you share some advice on how to identify "real" clicks for the use in a decision rule? If we have a campaign that is running multiple emails and we want to capture contacts in a shared list that click on real links, how might we do that? I'd rather not pass a task to sales in our CRM if someone simply clicks thru the email in order to unsubscribe.
