Dynamic Content (Overlap error)

When I insert the dynamic content into my email, then I see the following error: This email's content's overlap, please remove the overlaps and re-save.
I have re-sized the dynamic content area. Even when I put my dynamic content in an empty with no text (to make the space bigger) I still get the same message. What is the problem here?
