Emily - I'd recommend either adding the account owner data to your existing account sync and use data tools to write it to a contact field OR you could create a new account sync to an Eloqua CDO and leverage that in your signature rule. You don't want to add the account data to your existing contact sync, because that's triggered to update Eloqua based on a change to the SFDC contact record, not the account record.
