We do have profiler and so yes, they can see behavior. And we do have it integrated with CRM On Demand. I think because the typical new lead is downloading multiple things in a visit, we're trying to trigger the notification just once per lead, not every time they download. And then the assigned rep can look in Profiler and see what else they are looking at in downloads and steer the conversation in those directions.
You did give me an idea though. If I write something to the contact/lead record like "most recent download" maybe that can be the source of the trigger in CRM to send a notification of a lead. Was hoping to do it on the Eloqua side but I'll talk to our CRM manager and see what she thinks.
