Hello - I tried using the 2 column CSS on the form. Problem is we have a hidden field (State/Province) that appears depending what the person chooses... Example when the user chooses a country other than USA the State/Province field stays hidden, if the user choose USA, the state/province appears. The problem I'm having is that the button does not stay to the left, it moves from left to right depending on what they choose... Any help appreciated...
