Multiple webinar registrations on a single form:
We host a lot of webinars, and we often had many webinar options to choose from on a single landing page. If a visitor wanted to register for more than one, they would have to click on that webinar and complete a registration form for each webinar they were interested in.
Our goal, create a single form with check-boxes so the visitor could register for several events at once, and then the cloud connector would send the data to the multiple webinars.
The way we initially solved this is to create a data field for each webinar on the form, and add a contact field(now using CDO) for each webinar. We then set-up cloud connector campaigns with segments that filter on the newly created "webinar" fields, and each cloud connector campaign sends the registration data to the individual webinars.
We are experimenting with more efficient methods now(events module), but this has worked pretty good for us.
