Anita Irujo You might be able to automate some filtering and behavior comparisons like you've tried, but my gut is that any cleanup like that you'd want to also be looking at CRM data and starting there with some of the batch update tools in (most) CRMs. Any time we're talking about merging or de-duping, I will stress the importance of involving CRM admins. I do have some hands-on CRM experience, but others are probably better suited to give you advice on how to automate that. Some of my clients use custom scripts, others have used DupeBlocker.
