Hi guys,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've been watching this post for a few days, apologies for not replying sooner! There were a few things I wanted to have answered before jumping in.

We've moved Eloqua University to an entirely new LMS and that wasn't a decision that was taken lightly. Because this wasn't an upgrade to an existing system, there are some things that will be totally different, and others that our Operations team has worked hard to make similar to the old way to ease the transition. The calendar is one of the things that the new system simply doesn't have. I'd love to say "yet", but let’s work with what we have for now!

Calendar

When doing research prior to the transition, we found most people don’t schedule by the day/calendar. There is usually a particular course they are wanting to take and then they search to see when that’s available. The good news is, that still exists, and in my opinion is MUCH easier. Here is a helpful article on how to search and register for a  course in the new system.

Country & Time Zone

One other thing I'll mention is to be sure and update your Country and Time Zone. Session times are listed based on the time zone in your profile, so it’s important this is accurate. You can find this information by going to the “My Profile” link at the top of the Eloqua University page. Once this is done, there is no need to convert times for courses, everything will automatically be listed in your time zone. This is much nicer than before. (Example, my time zone is Central US. I just searched for an E10: Insight class and there is a course available on 12/19/2013 at 8 AM (UTC-06:00). I went to "My Profile" and changed my Country to "United Kingdom" and time zone to "Edinburgh London" and searched for the course again. The same course is now listed at 2:00 PM.)

Lastly, when you log into Eloqua University, there is a tab on the left called "Getting Started" that houses an embedded PDF document with everything you would ever want to know about the new Eloqua University (including screenshots!).

I hope this is helpful. Please keep sharing your thoughts about the new system. You can leave a comment here, in the Eloqua University group or by contacting eloqua-university_ww@oracle.com. Thanks.
