Correct. I think this is what I am trying to achieve as well.
Through Eloqua, we were told to perform certain tasks. I listed them above.
Eloqua now says they cannot access our company servers.
We have a trouble ticket issued but it' s slow for them to respond. I was hoping someone could shed some light on the whole white listing procedure within Eloqua, since this it seems to be an option within the Eloqua Admin UI.
