Yep. It's hitting us hard. Our entire customer onboarding process is automated as we have a high volume, high velocity sales process (7000 leads, 6 sales reps). Every one of our emails has field merges and signature layouts/rules. I'm thinking I'm going to have to completely remove all personalization on the emails and have them "from" the New Accounts Team, or something like that until the bug is fix. Definitely going to throw a wrench in our normal processes.
I'm sure that Oracle Dev is doing their best to fix it. Just have to get creative on how to keep the ball rolling until then.
