There are a few things you might do, depending on what you are trying to accomplish here. The first would be to put a decision step before the email step, which could then route bouncebacks/unsubscribes down an alternative path. I would do this using a shared filter. Also, once stuck, you can manually move/remove stuck contacts by double clicking the green numbers in the top corner of the email step, selecting the contacts you want to move, and choosing move/remove as desired. Also, it may not necessarily be a bad thing that they get stuck, but perhaps you could better explain your use case? Hope that helps!
